Sauteed Kale Salad

One of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat, Kale is a powerhouse of health giving properties. This Sauteed Kale Salad is quick to make and will be eaten almost as fast as you can make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch, Organic Kale, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 4-5 cloves, Garlic, chopped
  • Sea Salt to taste

    kale is the perfect filler! when you put in in soup all raw, crunchy, and delicious, it adds an earthy punch and extra nutrients. my fave is with black bean soup or white bean & chicken soup.

      Dr Axe,
      I am hypothyroid and I love goitrogenic foods. Especially because they are very healthy for you.
      Do you think I need to worry much if they are cooked?
