Jump Rope Workout

In this video, Dr. Josh Axe explains how to get a great workout using a jump rope.

He demonstrates one of his favorite 10 minute workouts on how to burn fat fast using three exercises: jump rope, push ups, and bicycles. Jump rope helps get your heart rate up, pushups help work your chest and shoulders, and bicycles help you work your core. Dr. Axe will be using the Tabata method of exercise, which is 20 seconds of high intensity with a 10 second break, to burn 9 times more body fat compared to cardio. This is a great exercise when you’re on the road, traveling, or at home!
