In this video, Dr. Josh Axe explains how to get a great workout using a jump rope.

He demonstrates one of his favorite 10-minute workouts on how to burn fat fast using three exercises: jump rope, push-ups and bicycles.

The jump rope helps get your heart rate up, push-ups help work your chest and shoulders, and bicycles help you work your core. Dr. Axe will be using the Tabata method of exercise, which is 20 seconds of high-intensity work with a 10 second break, to burn more body fat compared to traditional cardio. This is a great exercise when you’re on the road, traveling or at home!
