Mashed Faux-tatoes Recipe
Total Time: 15 minutes
- 1 medium head cauliflower, about 1 ½ pounds
- ¼ cup ghee
- ¼ cup minced chives
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Steam cauliflower for 7-10 minutes or until tender in steamer basket or small amount of water in the bottom of a large pot.
- In food processor, add in cauliflower, chives, butter, sea salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve hot.
