Ingredients:

  • 4 cups baby kale
  • 2 cups sprouts
  • 2 cups butter leaf lettuce
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups chopped cucumbers
  • 2 cups shredded raw cheese
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • honey mustard dressing

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, add in kale, sprouts, lettuce, spinach, strawberries, cucumbers, raw cheese, onion and chia seeds.
  2. Toss to combine.
  3. Pour in salad dressing and serve immediately.

This Super Salad Recipe is healthy and a great addition to any meal! Add your own choice of dressing to this versatile salad!
