Description

Fruits and veggies are great sources of nutrients that can help you achieve optimal immune health. This immune-boosting juice recipe uses several of them.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bell pepper (red, green, yellow or orange)
  • 1 head/stem broccoli
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except apple cider vinegar to a vegetable juicer or blender.
  2. Pour juice in glass and add apple cider vinegar.
  3. Stir gently and drink immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other fruits and veggies of your choosing. Just about all of them can boost your immune health.
  • Experiment with different herbs and spices to add as well for an added burst of nutrition.
