Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint

Instructions

  1. Take watermelon off the rind and cut into large pieces. Place the pieces in a large bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar, honey and chopped mint in small bowl. Whisk until blended.
  3. Pour over watermelon pieces and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
