- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
Instructions
- Take watermelon off the rind and cut into large pieces. Place the pieces in a large bowl.
- Combine vinegar, honey and chopped mint in small bowl. Whisk until blended.
- Pour over watermelon pieces and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
