Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Raw Cashews
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Lime, juiced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before eating.
