- 2 cups of Raw Cashews
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before eating.
