- 3–4 garlic cloves
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add everything to a food processor and blend until well-combined, scraping the sides down if needed.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
