  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder with creatine
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
