Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 4 scoops unflavored or vanilla collagen protein powder or 2 scoops vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the creamy peanut butter, maple syrup and protein powder in a large bowl, mixing until smooth.
  2. Add the ground flaxseed, old-fashioned oats, optional cinnamon and sea salt. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Fold the mini dark chocolate chips into the mixture.
  4. Portion the mixture, and roll it into bite-sized balls.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes or until firm.
  6. Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
