- 3 cups raw walnuts
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Bibb or romaine lettuce
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except lettuce and pulse until a crumbly texture is achieved.
- Scoop mixture onto lettuce.
- Serve with guacamole and salsa. (optional)

- Add optional toppings like guacamole, salsa, diced tomatoes or sliced avocado, and enjoy!
