Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups raw walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon coriander
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Bibb or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except lettuce and pulse until a crumbly texture is achieved.
  2. Scoop mixture onto lettuce.
  3. Serve with guacamole and salsa. (optional)

  • Add optional toppings like guacamole, salsa, diced tomatoes or sliced avocado, and enjoy!
