- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- touch of oil (coconut oil is a good option)
- top with yogurt and maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for the toppings to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Heat oil on medium-low in a frying pan.
- Spoon a few spoonfuls of batter onto the pan. Cook each side for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Top with yogurt and extra honey or maple syrup and enjoy!
