Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, quartered
  • 12 kumato tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 23 green onions, chopped
  • a chiffonade of 8 basil leaves

Dressing:

  • 23 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon himilayan pink salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the dressing together in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the salad ingredients.
  3. Drizzle on the dressing, mix together thoroughly and serve.
