Description
This curried turkey salad recipe makes for a delicious meal. It’s both easy to make and very versatile, as it can be eaten plain, on a sandwich or with a salad.

4 cups chopped cooked turkey meat (light and dark)
½ cup diced celery
1 apple, cored and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
½ cup raisins
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon curry
1 teaspoon raw honey
¾ cup Paleo mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. It’s often best to let it sit for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld.
