  • 4 turkey or chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • ½ cup apple, peeled and diced
  • ⅔ cup raisins
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon curry
  • ¾ cup Paleo mayonnaise


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve cold.
