- 1 medium head cauliflower, about 1 ½ pounds
- ¼ cup grass-fed butter
- ¼ cup minced chives
- 3 cloves roasted garlic, chopped
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil cauliflower for 7-10 minutes or until tender in a large pot filled with water.
- Drain cauliflower.
- In food processor, add in cauliflower, chives, garlic, butter, sea salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve hot.
