Alkaline Juice Recipe

Ingredients

• carrot1
• small cucumber1
• head cabbage¼
• kale or spinach1 cup
• lime½
• knob ginger1

Method

1. Add all ingredients to vegetable juicer. Juice into the container, then pour into a glass.
2. Stir juice together and consume immediately.
3. Don't have a juicer? Then add ingredients plus 6 ounces of water to a power blender. Blend and strain the fiber from the juice with fine wire mesh strainer!
