Gut health & bloating: where to start.

Bloating after meals, food sensitivities, reflux, irregular digestion — and the skin, mood and energy symptoms that travel with them. This is the path through the library, in order.

Where should I start?

2Find your first step

Common questions

Straight answers.

Why am I bloated after every meal?

Bloating within 30 minutes points to the upper gut — stomach acid and enzymes. A few hours later points to fermentation lower down. Evening bloating tracks with the day's total load. Timing is the first clue, and the Gut Healing Protocol starts there.

Do I need a GI-MAP?

If symptoms are significant, have lasted months, or come with skin, mood or autoimmune signs, a stool test tells you what a food log can't: pathogens, dysbiosis, digestion and inflammation markers. .

Can I heal leaky gut with food alone?

Often, yes — food is most of the protocol. Supplements shorten the timeline; labs confirm it worked.
