Before you order.
How is this different from my yearly physical?
A yearly panel usually checks basic metabolic numbers and cholesterol against “normal” ranges. This kit adds ApoB and particle ratios, hs-CRP, homocysteine, morning cortisol, vitamin D, ferritin and your sex hormones, and every result is read against optimal ranges in your review.
Do I need to fast?
For the most consistent numbers, fast overnight (8+ hours) and collect within two hours of waking. If that doesn't fit your morning, collect when it does.
Should I stop my supplements?
Skip supplements for 24 hours before you collect, especially biotin, B12, vitamin D and adaptogens. Keep taking any prescribed medication as usual.
What if I can't get enough blood?
Warm your hands for a minute, move around, open and close your fist, and drink water first. If you still need help, join a live collection call and someone will walk you through it.
When do I see my results?
When your results are ready, THI will send you a link to book your review. You'll go through them together, and they stay in your portal afterward.
Does insurance cover it?
THI doesn't bill insurance. HSA/FSA funds may apply, and you'll get an itemized receipt.
