After dinner, often you want something cold and sweet. It doesn’t need to be ice cream! Instead, try my fabulously healthy and delicious raw homemade applesauce recipe. It’s a family fave, without any refined sugar or ingredients!

Raw Homemade Applesauce Recipe

Total Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes, stopping as necessary to scrape sauce down the sides.
