I have been making a breakfast of 1 Tablespoon each of Tumeric root and ginger root mixed into 2 Tablespoons of organic hummus and 2 Tablespoons of mung been sprouts, and some fresh grated peppercorn. Is it good for the body to digest fresh Tumeric as I do I ask because I don’t see recipes
that call for fresh grated numeric and am curious why, yet one sees many numeric recipes. Thank you

I just want to thank you for the amazing care and precision in which give over all your knowledge.

I will be forwarding your site to my medical Dr. when I see her next week. I am sure she will learn much from the non-pharmaceuticals you teach.

    THANK YOU

Hello, this recipe was linked from the article regarding the benefits of turmeric….it sounds good but I noticed that there’s no turmeric listed in the recipe. Was this a mislink or was the amount of turmeric accidentally left out?
