You can make NAD. You can take supplements to boost your NAD. You can have a good diet to have great entry of NAD and NAD precursors, but if you've got a hole in the bucket, you're going to lose it. The only way to really approach this is to avoid inflammation, stay in good health, good exercise, good diet. That will get rid of the CD38 PARP components and make that hole smaller. And at the same time, there might be a role for augmenting your entry of NAD-type products by by taking supplements, it's possible. I think that's probably sensible, because by the time you're 60 or 70 or 80, your NAD levels have really fallen.
