We are every second of the day sustaining massive damage and we have massive repair. People don't appreciate it. Mm-hmm. They look at themselves a week or two weeks later, it's the same person. It's not. You're being rebuilt almost every second of the day. That's right. Your gut completely replaces itself every three days. It's ultimately about repair. It's not like a wearing down like each day your body, you know, you're born pristine, and then each day you wear out. It's not like a it's not like an object, right? Right. Because if you buy like a television set, it can wear out, Yeah. or a stove or a refrigerator. No television or stove or or a refrigerator in the world knows how to repair itself. So it's completely wrong analogy to talk about wearing out. We are not a static entity that accumulates damage over time. We are a living, incredibly complicated machine that's intrinsically built to repair itself every second.
