My husband has the same symptoms (gut/hip pain) when he eats any foods with coconut as when he eats gluten. I would like to know if there is a simple substitution for coconut flour for most recipes.

I think I have paid to be a part of your network twice and have not downloaded anything either time! The first time I had computer problems and now I am swamped with way too much information to process. (My husband is having treatment infusions for a rare blood lymphoma and so his body is weak and tired all the time.) Any suggestions that are quick, easy and energy boosting without interfering with the process?

I have Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma myself & have had for the last 16 years doing alternative therapies as well as Rituxan. May I suggest freshly juiced wheat grass juice or organic wheat grass powder, organic green tea powder or tea with 2tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar with the “mother” and 2tbsp of organic lemon juice taken with his D3. It’s a revitalizing punch!
