- ½ cup grapefruit
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2-4 ounces sheep or goat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon raw local honey
- Coconut milk or water as needed to facilitate blending
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, optional
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Puree on high, adding coconut milk or water to facilitate blending.
- Serve immediately.
