- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 cup sliced papaya
- 1 cup coconut kefir
- 1 scoop vanilla bone broth protein powder
- ½ cup ice water
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high.
Did you know that papaya is great for digestion? The tropical fruit is loaded with enzymes and antioxidants that help the body detox and reduce inflammation. It’s also a super tasty ingredient for smoothies. If you’re looking to switch up your normal recipe, it’s time to try this Strawberry Papaya Smoothie.
This drink is dairy-free and uses coconut kefir for a probiotics boost. When mixed with vanilla protein powder and fresh strawberries, you have an easy, on-the-go breakfast or post-workout meal to fuel your body.
Add all the ingredients to the blender, and blend until the Strawberry Papaya Smoothie is nicely combined. I love adding a fresh sprig of mint to complement this fresh and fruity smoothie.
Enjoy it on a hot summer day for a cool, refreshing, good-for-you treat.
