One of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat, Kale is a powerhouse of health giving properties. This Sauteed Kale Salad is quick to make and will be eaten almost as fast as you can make it.
- 1 bunch, Organic Kale, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 Onion
- 4-5 cloves, Garlic, chopped
- Sea Salt to taste
