I know a letter carrier in his 30’s or early 40’s who wants to gain weight but hasn’t been able to.
What would you recommend? His job requires him to walk around 15 miles a day.

I love these exercises. HOWEVER, I need more…

I have severe back pain because of FHP. I;m sure of it. I saw on your website somewhere a machine for $450.00 that had a roller in the middle of the back that would roll up and down the back as the arms went out and the person did a leaning forward and backward motion. It looked very effective. Can you help me locate this machine?

    Thank you

Love your enthusiasm and desire to help people. What would really grab my attention is if you could explain the concepts when there is up there must be down, where there is left there must be right and where there is front there must be back. Also how to connect the three parts of the body to make one integral unit there is more but this would be a great start .Have a great day and keep an open mind there are many possibilities out there

I’m having trouble with the pain in my neck shoulder area, you’re right I work in the office and I knew that this is due to poor posture because of my work. Thanks for those exercises I feel a little relief just from the two first exercise.

The “Cat & Dog” exercise should come with a caveat for osteoporosis. This exercise can cause micro fractures in the spine, further compromising the osteoporosis status.
