Evening Baggy Eyes Solution with Aloe Vera & Rosehip Oil

Whether you call them bags under the eyes, puffy eyes or dark circles, they’re probably something you’d rather not wake up to, right? Fortunately, while writing about how to get rid of bags under eyes, I researched and found several facial skin–healing ingredients.
When combined together, you suddenly have a potent, homemade evening baggy eyes solution that will address those puffy eyes in a much more natural fashion that chemical-laden creams.
The first step is combining the lemon and lavender essentials oils, aloe vera gel and rosehip oil in a glass spray bottle — and then shake well. Aloe vera benefits include working as both a skin healer and anti-inflammatory agent, while rosehip oil includes essential fatty acids that help your skin regenerate. Both lavender oil and lemon oil have strong antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.
Before bed, gently cleanse the face and remove all make-up. Spray the baggy eyes solution onto your face, making sure the eyes are closed.
Gently massage the solution under and around your eyes. Allow it to dry. Sleep with your head well supported by quality pillows and wake up to less baggy eyes!

Hi, I’m just discovering this website and it looks awesome!
I do have dark circles under my eyes (in fact the color of my skin under my eyes is brown), but i do not have any puffiness at all… Could i simplify this recipe to just have the whitening properties, not the anti-inflammatory ones?
I made this eye solution, but it’s super goopy & comes out of the spray bottle in large glops. Not at all a “mist”. Is hat how it’s supposed to be??
I too have dark circles due to the fact that my veins are very close to yhe surface of my skin. I also have rather sunken eyes which makes things even worse. Concealers do nothing. I always look old & tired. Will this be effective for me?
It is effective…i had the same issue and the bags are fading since i started using this oil
Hello Beverly. Where did you purchase your ingredients?
That is a nice DIY beauty tip Dr. Josh Axe but we kick it up a notch with more powerful ingredients like organic Argan oil, Prickly Pear Seed Oil, Green coffee bean oil and Lavender oil in our KENZA Pure Eye Serum.
What do you think of this mixture?
Sounds good will have to try. I currant use a organic line called instanaturals awesome
Dr. axe I use doterr essential oils , however they do not carry rose hip seed oil. Where would you recommend me getting this oil from?

Dear Dr Axe,
First of all i want to thank you for sharing all the amazing information and tips with us and motivating us for a better health… I have a question about the Evening Baggy Eyes Solution.
Which Aloe vera gel is the best? I compared couple of brands and I bought Lifeplan`s one, altough it is organic still it has some additives. i could not be sure if all the ingredients are good.
All the best
Dr, Axe I also made the evening and morning eye cream, the evening cream cannot be used as a mist it’s to thick, using both am & pm creams I cannot see a difference. what am I missing.
Cindy… do you happen to be from dallas
Can I find the Patchouli oil at Sprouts stores
Can you use roller bottles in place of spray bottles?
A number of interesting and legitimate comments, however,
where are the responses to answer the concerns/comments
– those answers would benefit all . . . I have made it & will now
begin use – will be sure to post further comment(s)
Hi, I used Aloe vera in this mix and it makes my skin so tight and dry!! Please can you tell me what is the reason?
All the ingredients are pure and one of the bests on the market.
Also about lavender oil, it has this very strong strong smell and even one drop seems to be too much!
Thanks
Dr. Axe, thank you so much for posting all of these herbal cure- all. They have helped greatly. God Bless
