Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

Total Time: 60 minutes
Serves: 3-6

Ingredients:

  • 1-1½ pounds sweet potatoes
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into strips about 1/2” wide on each side. Place all ingredients in sealable plastic bag and shake until potatoes are completely coated. Spread onto a baking sheet
  2. Cook for 30-45 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer immediately to a paper towel lined plate and serve warm.
