This energizing and refreshing pineapple smoothie will get your day off on the right foot. Pineapple and cilantro aid digestion, and coconut milk and coconut water provide immediate energy due to their medium-chain fatty acid content.


  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon chlorella powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop collagen protein powder (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, adding more coconut water as needed for desired thickness.
