    Namaste Doctor,
I am Subodh from India and i watched your video on Youtube about Plantar fascitis, and it was surely helpful. I just wanted to thank you for that video because I am practicing that exercise from last month when i was diagnosed for Plantar Fascitis and the results are good. I am a Pharmacist myself from Mumbai university, But i wanted to know what supplements can i take to enhance the curing of my plantar Fascitis? Because I don’t believe in taking unnecessary painkillers and avoiding the root cause of the pain.
    Waiting for a quick response.
    Thanking you.
    yours faithfully
    Subodh Sharma

Hi which is best and safe superfood for fat loss?

  3. Nicky r says:

I take the green superfood everday for past month now. I’m thinking of doing the healing protein also as I have started to go gym and work. My only fear is that I had gout twice before about two years ago and if I take too much protein I’m scared that I might have a gout attack? Any advise

  4. Heather Rapson says:

I am very interested in your collagen protein! Can you give a date it will be released? I gave a gluten allergy and was told whey protein is not good for anyone w/ gluten allergy bc the protein molecules in dairy are so similar to wheat gluten that the body can have a reaction to it, which is why most people allergic to gluten also have issues with dairy products.
    I want it now!

  5. Heather Rapson says:

Collagen protein- when will it be available? Date?

  11. Julie says:

I have vitiligo that has been induced by chemotherapy. I don’t want to do a topical steroid. The Dr.’s say its an immune issue and there’s nothing I can do. The vitiligo is spreading very quickly all over my body. Is this permanent? is there any supplements out there to take?

  12. Taylor Knox says:

Great video, Ashwaghanda is also great for helping stimulate testosterone production in males. Which can in turn benefit metabolism and muscle building.

  15. Pam says:

What are your thoughts on Forskolin for weight loss?

  16. William Madison says:

When it comes to losing weight or maintaining your current weight, there are no forbidden foods. Anything can be consumed in moderation. You simply need to make sure that you don’t over consume calories. There are a few programs out there that can show you exactly how to do that.

  17. Michelle W says:

Dr axe, I’m grain free due to my hyperthyroidism. Keeping off the grains keeps me from needing any radiation or medication. Is the healing protein or collagen protein better for me? I looked at the ingredients for your greens super food and it seems OK for me too. Hoping for some help with a bit of weight loss.

  18. Marie says:

I am 43 and have been teaching spin classes for over 10 years and I play soccer regularly. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 25 and have been taking synthroid to regulate my thyroid. I eat healthy- wild salmon, other fish occasionally, chicken and eggs are the only meats I eat, vegetables, fruit, olive oil on salads, ghee for cooking… and drink lots of water. I have constipation (severe) then after 5 days or so diarrhea (for as long as I can remember). I have gained 5 lbs that I can not get rid of. I am also constantly tired, my skin looks dry and my nails are flaky. I feel boated and gassy a lot. It may seem like a small complaint, but for someone as athletic and healthy as I am, it is frustrating… I’ve tried Advocare products with no results. Whey products (and dairy) make me feel ill. Your collagen products sound great. You have so many products to choose from, but nothing that helps me to choose. Please let me know which you think I should try??

  19. Anjla Dhunna says:

Shalom, please can you suggest high protein vegan alternatives via nuts seeds or anything else. Also what is the best combinations for hair loss, considering someone who has limited funds, i know that you mention to take 6 main things, but is there an ideal way to take supplements, without taking all of them or out of the six which ones are the most important ones to take?

    Thank you Hadassah

I am extremely inspired by your collagen protein! Could you give a date it will be discharged? I gave a gluten sensitivity and was told whey protein is bad for anybody w/gluten hypersensitivity bc the protein atoms in dairy are so like wheat gluten that the body can have a response to it, which is the reason a great many people adversely affected by gluten additionally have issues with dairy products.I need it now!

  21. Jon Williams says:
