    So, I made this today, tasted great, but couldn’t tolerate the kale bits in the drink. I have a Ninja and ran the blender for a good 60sec. or more. Any suggestions to smooth out the kale better?

    • Maybe try blending just the kale and liquid in the blender first before adding in the fruit and ice. Hopefully doing it first will help it to fully smooth out first and then you can add the remaining ingredients.

    • I think it’s good to give the body variety! Vegetables have different benefits and the more variety you give your body, the more diverse nutrients you are consuming
