  • 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons ghee


  1. In large bowl mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place a frying pan over low heat and add the butter.
  3. Form meat into sausage links and place in the pan.
  4. Cook with lid on for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
