Pear Cranberry Salad Recipe

Pear cranberry salad recipe - Dr. Axe

Meal Type



  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced vertically
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup raw Goat Cheese
  • Dressing:

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • sea salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste


  1. In a medium sized bowl, gently toss lettuce with sliced pears (optional: grill pear slices briefly).
  2. Put vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a jar with a lid and shake well.
  3. Add enough dressing to just coat.
  4. Top with dried cranberries and goat cheese.

    I am a patient of Dr. pete Sulack. My husband sees Dr. Courtley, trained by Pete. My husband has never been sold on Chiropractic health. Had not seen Dr. Courtney for over 6 months. Diagnosed no with CHF. He is now more serious about his health. We eat at 90% good. He takes Warafin, so to keep balance with greens has been a challenge. I use almost all your suggestions using herbs and spices which for the most part are blood thinners. I am also using do’terra essential oils. You suggest using them for CHF. my question is how. I am assuming in a diffuser. Also, he is taking excellent quality supplements. I will order the few he is not taking now like vitamin c and e. We are blessed to have a son who designs supplements for Ortho Molecular out of Stevens. Point Wisconsin. Pete ordered one of his books on Stress.
