How I’d Fight Parasites

An estimated 50%+ of Americans carry or have carried parasites. They can be picked up in many ways but most commonly by eating pork and visiting areas where clean water isn’t widely available. I’ll explain how I would fight off parasites in my body through good diet, supplements and cleansing.

Look for supplements containing these parasite fighting items:

  • Thyme leaf
  • Burberry
  • Oregano
  • Grapefruit seed extract
  • Uva Ursi

Parasite Fighting Diet

The purpose of a parasite fighting diet is to create an environment that the parasites do not like. This means eliminating sugars and grains. During a cleanse, even fruits contain too much sugar. Following the meal plan below will allow your body the best chance to fight the parasites in your body.

Breakfast: Smothie of Coconut Milk, Chia Seeds, and a good Raw Protein Powder

Lunch: a large, mainly green salad

Dinner: Grass fed or free range meat with twice the veggies as normal

One of the best foods you can eat to kill off parasites is Pumpkin Seeds. Eat 1 cup per day during a cleanse
