- 3 Raw Eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 Scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 4-8 oz. kefir or Raw Goats Milk Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp sprouted almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
