I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I am looking for alternative treatments. Diet or exercise instead of drugs. I also also mention I am vegetarian.

When I tried Castille soap in the past, it was very thin and the soap came out too fast and runny. Is there any way to make it thicker?

I have Hashimoto’s disease. It is a condition in which my immune system attacks my thyroid. In 1995 I had to have 1/2 of the thyroid removed and since then I have gained 100lbs. And yes, I’ve dieted only to gain it back.

Can you point out a natural diet that would boost my immune system and help me lose weight.

I think you could benefit from following the healing foods diet: https://draxe.com/nutrition/healing-diet/

I’ve been making a similar recipe (sometimes without essential oils) for a while now using a foam dispenser and it has really helped with the dry skin I was having from washing my hands many, many times a day. (my two favorite castille soaps I use are the mild baby formula and also the almond with shea butter)
