Raw Walnut Tacos Recipe

Total Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4-5

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups raw walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon coriander
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Bibb lettuce

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, add in walnuts and pulse until a crumbly texture is achieved.
  2. Add in coconut aminos, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, chili powder and Cayenne pepper.
  3. Scoop mixture onto Bibb lettuce.
  4. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
