    Hi Doc.Axe.I have been trying to loose weight, but unsuccessful so far.What do you think about the Herbal life products?

    • I don’t think Herbal Life is a good option. You would be better investing in healthier food options.

        Absolutely right. Ive lost 30 lbs by eating clean, no proceseed foods…mainly vegetables and some meat and friuts…a little dairy…and some good old fashioned exercise

    Love all the info. My question is in reference to consuming coconut oil which I know has a lot of good benefits but it’s solid at room temperature like margarine or like lard?I’m using MCT oil in liquid form. from Palm fruit. I Love coconut milk, and eating it fresh.

      Microwaving food chang’s taste of food and also it isn’t healthy at all to cook food or warm food up. Got rid of mine 20 + yrs ago.

    I have been using laxative for over 40 yrs and I cannot have bowel movement without it. Now I am having a lot of bloating and seems very uncomfortable. How can I get some relieve . I have already signed in your program. Thanks. Please I will like to get the free eBook.

      Hi Dorothy. In reading comments I came across yours and I too had very similar issue. I started taking 500 mg. Magnesium daily. I hear that as women get older they need more of this. After a but a week I was regular daily! I even had to break what I had in half to cut dose down because it worked “too well”! I have no idea if there might be medical reasons NOT to take magnesium…..but it has been a blessing to me.

    I wiz up my smoothies with a Vitamix. I’ve read many say this is not as good for you as juicing. I can’t see the sense of discarding all that healthy fiber after juicing. What is your opinion, Doc?
