  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 sweet apple, cored and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh lettuce


  1. In a small bowl, add in the apple, celery and walnuts.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
