Ingredients:

  • One 15 ounce can white beans, rinsed
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon curry

Directions:

  1. In blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or almond flour crackers.

    Curry is a mixture of spices. It can be very hot to almost sweet and very mild and everywhere in between. I keep 2-3 on hand: a sweet, mild version, a mild curry, and a spicy curry, but still not really hot. They can be so spicy they are dangerous to the unititiated.
