Sautéed Kale Recipe
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 cups chopped kale
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 4-5 minced garlic cloves
- Sea salt to taste
- Melt coconut oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
- Add in kale, onion and garlic cloves.
- Stir ingredients and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until kale is softened and garlic and onion are fragrant.
- Season with salt to taste.
