    Hi Josh,

I just entered my email to get your free ebook. Are the Healthy Recipes and Super Foods PDFs meant to be the same document?

Thanks so much for the freebies. You were one of my favorites on the Weight Loss summit. I’m 10 lbs. down, since ditching sugar and other refined carbs, in February, but the last 20 don’t want to budge. I’m waiting on test results from a FM doctor, to see what that shows. I may not be eating enough calories each day, either. Can that impede my weight loss?

    With gratitude,
    Suzanne
