  • 2 cups of raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ lime, juiced


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before eating.
