Curry is a mixture of spices. It can be very hot to almost sweet and very mild and everywhere in between. I keep 2-3 on hand: a sweet, mild version, a mild curry, and a spicy curry, but still not really hot. They can be so spicy they are dangerous to the unititiated.
What is curry? A spice?
