Healthy Waldorf Salad Recipe
This healthy waldorf salad recipe is a staple! It’s easy to make, full of fiber, nutrients and tastes great!
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 sweet apple, cored and sliced
- 3 tablespoons Paleo mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- fresh lettuce
Directions:
- In a small bowl, add in the apple, celery and walnuts.
- In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
