Are you actually putting the squash and zucchini in the meat mixture or grilling as a side dish?
This recipe isn’t ketogenic – it’s protein heavy and little fat. Maybe worth considering removing its Ketogenic label?
Hi Kat, both the beef and cheese will offer some healthy fats that are necessary on the ketogenic diet.
Thank You Dr. Axe for all of you help!! You have the best organic recipes onLine, it’s one stop shop better than all the rest.
Don’t suffer from Yeast, it’s nothing that you can heal at a drugstore, you heal it by eating the foods that are anti-fungal antiparasitic antibacterial, start today it takes some time. A hose with hot water is your best friend, connect one to the back of your washing machine connection and run it outside, hit the spots that itch for a long time, my advise for FAST die off itching relief. Fungus DIES with hot water, I know it sounds extreme but I had to do something. I know it sounds extreme but I had to do something. I repeat this is nothing you ever fix from a drugstore, topically has to be done on the inside here’s the secret. Create an environment in your gut where it cannot live, The trick is to cut out all excitotoxins, like MSG, L-systene in white bread, artificial sweetener’s (look up list & Auxigro also) so that means you have to eat 100% organic everything you drink and eat. Teabags, and detoxing Teas, ur Bff!! Grab a gallon or two of spring water every other day at the store. Go full force Or the detoxing time will last longer, look up all the stuff you’re supposed to do. The reason I say cut out all Excitotoxins is bc puts sores/ lesions on your hypothalamus, which creates you’re a major Harmones, me once you go 100% organic you’re not going to want nothing but 100% organic because you won’t be addicted to what is same as meth and cocaine = excitotoxins. Your taste buds are going to have more power than they ever have before, you will crave fruit and vegetables like you never have before, trust me just try it, everyone once in their life should get all excitotoxins out of your system, see how your creator meant for you to be healthy and enjoying life and food, and man it is so good to enjoy good food for the first time in your life, clean food. Then you have no problem sticking to what you’re supposed to eat where your body won’t allow environment for bacterial fungus parasites and Yeast.
Dr. I have yeast and asthma and a I read your articles about both decreases. For the yeast I can’t eat any Fruits because of the sugar, for the asthma I be eating fruits. I don’t know what to eat now. What should I do?
Dr. Axe, Hi,
I love reading your posts , they are so helpful and some quite eye opening.
There is one question I’d like to ask you. When you talk about sprouted grain bread what do you mean?is there a way for me to sprout the grains to make homemade bread? What is the procedure if I want to make it at home?
Thank you for educating us! And also for alerting us to watch the 9 episodes of ‘ The truth about Cancer’ awesome series!
Is there a healthy alternative to goat’s milk? Sheep’s milk? My family, including me, cannot stomach the taste of goat’s milk. I know a lot of people who don’t like it.
Goat’s milk cheddar really doesn’t taste like goat’s milk. You may want to give it a try!
Does the cheddar cheese go in the meat with the veggies, or is it put on top?
Traditionally it’s put on top but I’ve done it both ways! If your cheese is more crumbly, you can put it into the meat but if its easy to slice, laying it on top is great!
