  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen red raspberries
  • ¼ cup water


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Store extra dressing in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks..

    I was listening to your webinar(2:00 central) on essential oil‘s and it keeps stopping. After several minutes it would start again. I’ve been waiting now for about five minutes for it to start back up but it isn’t happening. How do I remedy this problem?
