Very useful. Going to make this.
I am very deficient in magnesium, do you have a recommendation for a supplement,
One of my favorites is natural vitality calm magnesium powder. There is a variety that covers the magnesium spectrum. I’ve suffered sever deficiencies for years so finding this was magical! I take the muscles one in the morning, anti stress mid day and the sleep one at night, I combined it with Dr. Axe multi collagen beauty n sleep to make a tea. Hope this helps!
Where can i buy the magnesium powder?
Priya, have you tried sunflower seeds?
Love the dip recipe.. However my daughter is allergic to hazelnuts and all other tree nuts and peanuts. What would be a good substitute?
